9:30 no one there yet. Called AAA again. Jessica said they on't make appoints for someone to be there at 8am. 9%)am still waiting for tow truck. One tow truck in all of Fort Myers????
Suck. Wife called at 5:30 dead battery. Tow came at 7:30 could not tart vehicle. Didn't have ry Driver left three 70 year old ladies in the dark to walk home. Called at 10 pm to complain. Said they would have someone there at 8 am. Wife there at 8am. No tow truck there. called aaa at 8:45. Said tow truck broke down. ???? Some one would be there in 20 min.
Went to take AAAsafe driving class..well worth it and should make our insurance less.
I Love this place. Because the insurance is very cheap and they are very good in custimer service its unbelievable i raide them 5 stars.
Horrible experience buying a home insurance policy with them! The insurance issues have been going on for 2 months now and not yet settled. The insurance company sent an email to the sales agent Stephanie Howell asking for repairs and inspection, which she didn't tell me in time! I tried to reach her so many times before hurricane Irma came to find out if the policy had been set up correctly, but she wouldn't return my call or send an email response. Later the company sent me a bill asking for more premium and they were going to cancel the policy because the paperwork was not filed properly. I had to find out all this via AAA's 1-800 number because this sales agent Stephanie Howell wouldn't do her job! I reported this to her boss John Risk, but he kept supporting her! I would stay away from the Fort Myers branch of AAA for home insurance!!
