I had to return some reading glasses without the package, and it was a bit complicated. The manager and checkout people got it figured out and were polite and efficient.

Staples friendly yet awkward staff is always helpful. They generally have only 1 of the big items you need but can order and have it shipped at no extra cost. Why 3 stars.....cause that's how they make me feel when I leave, ok.
So I can't review the entire store, but this is what I experienced with their printing station, which is usually really slow and mediocre customer service to begin with. I hope this helps you in your decision when looking for printing services.
Horrible customer service at the printing station. So I walk in to print at the self-service printer, but the document took over ten minutes to load and refused to let me cancel it, so I go to the printing counter for assistance. I go and wait in line, and then was able to ask the woman at the counter about the issue, and she came over to restart the printer (which was great) and then apologized and said I can print through their system (which was also great). So I was directed toward a computer and told to log in and retrieve my Google Doc that I wanted to print. The employee then walks away, which is understandable since it may take me a minute or two to bring it up. But after I brought up the document, I waited for her to come back. And waited. And waited. She was helping another employee figure out an issue, which is totally fine, but she kept doing so for over five minutes without even looking up at me. I also didn't want to yell across the room and interrupt them so I could get help, so I waited. When she did finally look up, she noticed a different customer at the counter next to me, and went to go help that person. She walked right by me in the process and avoided all eye contact. By that point, the machine had already timed out and I would have needed to log in again to retrieve the document I had brought up. Finally, when she finished with that other customer, I thought she would come over to help me, but by the time she was close enough that I could get her attention, she went straight down another aisle to continue helping the other employee, ignoring me the whole time.
