Got ps3 from there and controllers always had something wrong with them and instead of exchanging it for a new one they just gave me another used controller that wasnt working right. This will be my 3rd time that i have to go up there because of this and i haven't had the ps3 for no more than 2 weeks. Im about to give them their ps3 back because its crazy that i got to make payments on a used system that has had problems since i got it. Yall need to tighten up fa real.

I can NEVER get an answer that makes sense. When I ask my balance, they don't know. When I ask my buy out status, not until you have made a payment. I will NEVER use RAC again!
