I went to this GameStop because is the closest to my home, first no greeting when you get in the store the attitude of the girl was terrible and very mean when I asked about the difference between a new PS4 and a pre-own PS4.

Would give zero stars if I could. I pre ordered call of duty world war 2 and arrived at the store at 11:30pm for the midnight release. I was told they were not giving out any more numbers and I couldn't get my copy. So what's the point on pre ordering the game if I can't receive it? I was never told to arrive early to receive a number to get the game, it did not say anything on the recipt. This was my first attempt to go to a midnight release. Will not being giving game stop any more of my money.
I didn't said anything waked out the store. now I'm driving 20 minutes to get a new PS4 from Best Buy. I'm not going there ever.
Worst ever!! Danny Rivera!! So called MANAGER!!?? My husband and I, along with our 5 kids went to this location after visting 2 other locations that didnt have what my kids were looking for. Found some games. I put the games on the counter, Dan asked for ID. I didnt have it on me. It was pouring rain so wasnt gonna for it but my husband was thier too which he had his id. Dan refused to sell the games to us unless I showed my id.(for 1 rated game) All I did was set the games on the counter. I wasnt even purchasing them because I didnt have my wallet. I picked the games up handed them to my husband (that was holding our baby) so he can put them on the counter still refused!!! Could not believe it! He Was being a total ass. Threaten to call the cops because my husband called him a prick. Left without the games. My kids were so upset. Called coorporate to refund us back for our pro membership. We never knew of this who ever put the rated games on counter would have to show id?? So what if my 8yrs old put them down and i was paying he would have to show id or refuse sell all because he set the games down? Its not beer!!! This guy ruined my kids day!!! After finally my kids found what they wanted. He freaken ruined it oh and which was my 6yrold birthday gift. Dan Rivera shouldnt be working here!
Worst customer service ever 4/7/17.
Dan and his employees are the only saving grace for my relationship with Gamestop. They're attentive, they treat every customer with a unique sense of personality. And best of all they don't force feed you random B.S. while still doing a great job upholding company ideals. Thanks guys!
