Just called for a quote, the man that answered the phone was rude and short with me. I don't know a lot about cars and just wanted some help. WILL NOT BE CALLING THEM BACK!

Just moved here from out of state was in Florida for less than two weeks before I had a problem with my 04 BMW. I had a great mechanic back home that I trusted and was worried about finding a new one. My old mechanic told me what questions to ask my potential new mechanic P.F.C. answered all questions correctly also they use all OEM Certified Parts which is very important. When I arrived they gave me a no BS assessment on how long it would take to get the repair done and the cost. They were quicker getting it done then they said and had me right back on the road. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff I will definitely be back in the future for all my vehicle maintenance and repairs.
Had an issue with my '83 Mercedes 240D, a motor mount disintegrated and was causing insane amounts of vibration. I took my car here after an over the phone estimate which was very reasonable, they replaced both motor mounts and the old diesel rides smooth as butter, just like a new car again. Thanks much for the great service, I will be back if I need a mechanic again!
I retired several years ago after being a mechanic for the last 25 years . I know what and how I just don't want to do the work any more . Prestige is where My cars go for any and every automotive need . The work is always top notch . Getting what I paid for is important .
