After the repair taking twice as long as promised, I got my car back and asked if the front end noise was resolved, I was assured it was. Upon test driving the same noise was present and Mark said that new bushings sometimes take time to seat. Long story short when the noise persisted and I went back a few days later, I was now told I did in fact need new struts, strut mounts, and springs for almost $1000. A experienced mechanic wouldn't of known this initially?
They only fix it if it's broke. Honest dependable service. Very satisfied with the work they have done on my sub.
Mark is a straight up business man who won't sell you anything you don't need. As honest as you will find in this town

My step-daughter took her car in because of a vibration while driving and was told to replace the motor mounts for $635. After picking up the vehicle the car still has the same vibration. Took the vehicle back to the mechanic and was told that they had replaced some bushings that would be over $300 without my authorization. The car still has vibration upon picking it up for the second time. So she immediately took the car back and went on test drive with the mechinc, now he wants to “try” something with the transmission. Unfortunately we have lost all faith in C. Mark and will find a mechanic that is not playing a guessing game with our vehicles at the expense of the customer.
In the end I went elsewhere where they told me I didn't need to replace the springs, (saving me money) and gave me a better overall price for the job. After replacing only the struts and strut mounts the front end noise was completely gone. There's no question I was given the run around by C Mark's and taken advantage of.
Upon initially going in and having my car inspected for front end noise, I was told I needed ball joints and bushings. After being told by another mechanic it was the struts and strut mounts I was surprised by this, but decided to give C Mark's a chance, (they seemed honest and had good online reviews).
In short avoid C Mark's at all costs. I don't believe them to be honest and they will take advantage of customers wherever they can doing unnecessary work.
