I mistakenly purchased the incorrect tires for my RV the day before Thanksgiving and even though he was slammed with other customers he managed to squeeze me in. Had read previous reviews and went here to obtain new tires. Wanted Michelins....they gave me optional quotes very courteously, over the phone. I checked comparables and went with Johnny's based on the reviews. I had asked for wheel weights to be placed on inside of rims (to avoid seeing them) but they said they could do that but recommended against it due to the wide aluminum wheels - so, balanced weights on both sides....interesting. Also, suggested alignment based on tire wear on my old tires. Helpful and courteous and customer friendly....would highly recommend this company to others.
