I would rather drive completely out of my way then to return to this Publix again. Worst customer service I've ever seen out of Publix. I went to get a cake for my husband's birthday and grabbed one from the bakery cold case. I asked the baker that was standing right in front of me if he could please write happy birthday on it. He huffed and said, "Yup I guess I could" while rolling his eyes. He acted as if it was such an inconvenience. And that was before I even handed him the cake. Then could not get the lid off and smashed the flowers and the writing on it looks like my six year old daughter did it, since he squeezed the frosting bag too hard making it shoot out all crazy. I watched him the entire time and his effort was beyond minimal. I don't like to complain so I just said Thank you and left however highly, highly disappointed!
Great employees. So helpful. Clean and well stocked store. Makes food shopping almost fun!
This publix isn't the friendliest location but they're still better than most of the other grocery stores. I give them a 2 out of 5 if we were basing this in comparison with most of the publix I've been to.

Victoria at the customer service section doing the Western Union was very rude and had a sassy remark when I had asked if my spot could be held since i forgot to fill out the correct papers. I had already waited in the line for 20 minutes since she was the only one working. I asked her nicely if she would take the next person and then come back to me and she had a very rude remark and acted like i was out of line. Horrible customer service will be furthering up with corporate on this.
