Thanks to all who have helped us at all Publix Stores.
I cannot recommend shopping @ this store. It doesn't deserve even one star. I was sent to the service desk to resolve a problem & the girl Kim ( a cashier) took it upon herself to make a managerial decision without even calling for the manager in charge (who happened to be the Deli manager! ) She did not offer to help resolve the problem, instead she said she used to work@ a Winn Dixie & they used to hand key in cards when they wouldn't scan & some ppl scammed her, I had the supervisor of my credit card company on the phone who was going to give her the card#, however Kim said she wouldn't do it because of her experience of when she worked@ Winn Dixie. She Didn't even apologize or seem interested in helping. This is my first chance out after hurricane Irma because my car was destroyed to get food for myself&3 kids. Needless to say she didn't care if my kids had food, as we lost all our food being out of electricity for so long. Publix prides themselves on what? Certainly not customer service, as I left with no groceries because Kim the cashier@ the service desk wanted to play manager for the night, when the store left the Deli mgr in charge. No REAL mgrs who know how to solve problems on the front end?? Certainly no empathy from Kim. I will make sure to tell anyone I know not to shop this store as they are understaffed & under trained on how to give good customer service. Very horrible & disappointing experience. Congrats Publix leave your store to be ran by a teenager named Kim who is just a cashier on a power trip, not even bothering to call for a mgr. (Not that any were there!) Worst shopping experience of my life!!

Always clean, always friendly, and when you ask for assistance, 2 sometimes 3 people respond to help, and it is a very unbelievable response time to help you.
NO, It's more than a pleasure, it is like being the Grand Marshall at a Mardi Gras Parade.

Only place i shop for meats and bogo deals are great.can't beat customer service.
Love this store. I have been shopping at Publix since I was little. Always the freshest produce, hands down. And they will order something for you if they don't have it in stock.

Great staff. Very clean store. There is always someone close by if you need help. Excellent and well maintained veggie dept. Same for meat dept. The best!
