I like that you are in and out. That they were able to fix my phone and I didn't have to buy a new phone.
I regret coming to this store due to the staff and presentation of store. Rude/playful staff, long lines, horrible to none selection! With it being a HQ store I'd highly recommend they do some changes!
If I'm correct there is a worker there named Matt.He helped me out so much and got me a good working phone .I literally needed a phone that night my previous one had water damage and he helped find a phone similar to the one I had but better for a reasonable price.Friendly service great atmosphere all around a clean store and great prices and phones :)
Friendly personnel who are willing to answer questions and direct you in right direction. Only downside I see is the "convenience" fee they tack onto your bill when paying.
I got a great phone at good price. The people at counters were polite, and the building itself had a breathable, and modern environment.
