I have been a customer since 2013 , I can honestly say since Public Storage took over I am getting much better service. The manager Diana is very understanding, works with me with my acct. Public Storage really demonstrated the respect they have for customer by waiving fees and being flexible with us during these difficult times. Great service great company.

After just relocating to the area and in need of storage, I stumbled across this Public Storage. I have used storage in the past, but Diana made this experience the most memorable. She made me feel like I was talking to a friend and eliminated any stress that comes with moving. Clean facility, awesome customer service and fair prices.
