I can't say enough good about this company. The customer service at every level has been refreshingly great, kind, courteous and helpful. They communicate clearly by email in advance of rent due each month. I stored my things just under four months. The facility is very well maintained, clean and safe. I felt the price was an exceptional value, and when I moved out early (unexpectedly), I was refunded the balance of what I had paid for the month. No questions, no hassle. Within a few minutes of having my things out, Jason refunded the money back to my bank account with a smile and best wishes for my future. Personally, I also appreciate the Christian principles that the company bases their business on - they don't press their beliefs on anyone, but make them clear and available. Above all, they live it. If I ever need to store my things again, I will go to Hide-Away. Thank you!!
