Enjoyed our stay in Dec2015 to Jan2016. The park provides doggy bags/bins in many areas around the property. Love that! I never noticed any sewage. Our site wasn't anything special but we didn't have any problems with it. The only complaint would be that we paid for a full month but had to be out Jan 31 @check out time. I would think the night of the 31st should have been part of the month. ? Just sayin'
It's a mess right now because the 2 new pools are under construction. Probably will be done by December 1. Could have been sooner without the hurricane.
Older, well maintained campground with fairly tight full hook-up sites containing a very nice concrete pad & picnic table. Campground offers on site restaurant, pool, shuffle board, horse shoes and many planned activities. Bath house was very clean and updated. There are many full-time and seasonal residents who have created a family community feeling. We enjoyed our week long stay and would return again. Nothing fancy, just comfortable!
We spent from December 2016 to April 2017 at this RV park. We had a great time! The park was very well maintained while we resided here. The staff was very Polite and very Helpful with any concerns that we had! The residents of the park are very Friendly and there is so much to do and enjoy with others if you want to meet new friends! We especially loved the Saturday night at campfire ring that has a band made up of local campers! I loved all the crafts, bingo, all the extra sports-game activities that you can involve yourself to meet others! How fun is this!!! The park is very close to shopping and beaches as well. We have already booked our site for next season and cannot wait to return. :) The weather has been great this winter and if you are looking for a place to have fun with fun people give this place a try!

Since hurricane irma, things not so good here. Had water but then they shut it off!! Have a generator here but they never hook it up. They say sewer is full so had to shut off the water but they could use the generator to fix the sewer and give us back the water. I moved here July 1st, no pool, said will be done dec!!! It is hot now. They don't seem to care about the year round residents, only the snow birds!! I wasn't told no pool when I rented a trailer,wasn't told I had to sign a year lease till I moved here..WiFi is totally never working.. people are nice here though. There is no lake!!! It is a dirty pond....
