There are nice people there and most of the landscaping is very good. The resort amenities appear inadequate for the number of lots. I look at what a Lake George RV Park offers and say wow! Cypress Trail, not so much.
The people are great. The resort offers plenty of activities. The resort is beautiful with very clean facilities. You feel welcome here regardless of whether you're an owner or renter.
There are some nice people and it is a good location. However, the developer has decided to focus on lot amenities and not resort amenities. Despite anything that might be said in a sales meeting, "you must assume that the amenities you see will be the amenities you get." If you should decide to buy a lot, remember that the resort when finished will be just over 450 lots and there are current owners like myself, that believe that there is not enough there, there.

This is a very nice RESORT for RVers You can be a Travel Trailer or 5th Wheeler or Motor Coach. as long as you are 30FT. Prices are good to purchase but beware of management. Get everything you want in writing and read your documents to understand that management controls a lot of your wants when it comes to ownership. Rentals are managed and the rates are management controlled. We accepted all of these terms but we were told things that we did not get in writing and beware of the approved listed contractors to make improvements. The landscaper is great to work with was the only blessing and the nice people that own in here are a value and most people that come and visit say the same thing. IT is a good investment but management is a big ????? mark at this point.
