We hired Essley Roofing to put a new roof on our property in Cape Coral, Florida and had a horrible experience from start to finish! They failed to get the permits in a timely manner and also never returned my phone calls as requested.
Had two different leaks, which took the company multiple days to come out and repair. One of the leaks was so severe that the sheetroc was caving in. Its been 2 months since the repairs and they look the paint we had to get more for a color match and HAVE YET to return to paint the sheetroc they repaired.
This guy won't return your call before taking a job. Ask yourself: If you ever had a problem after he did the job, do you think Mr. E would ever return your call. Answer: In my opinion, not a prayer. In my opinion, this guy has no clue how to run a business.
Most time effective.great price range.all around amazing customer service. They truly care about there quality of service.
I specifically asked them to replace the facia at the time of the job but they failed to do so. Very poor communication inside this company.
Worst experience I ever had , and have many roof put on other home but this company was the absolute WORST.. At the end of the job I saw 4 guys standing around fire place .the younger one was pointing at something.The three other shut him up .i figured the kid did understand something.but I know now he saw that they did not use flashing and it was time to flee. THey knew what they did.Still trying to Doctor leak. STAY CLEAR OF ESSAY ROOFING ... It one thing make an error. It's another NOT TO FIX YOU ERROR AND RUN WITH almost 5,000 DOLLARS OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY.....the reason for the New Roof was the Fire Place..., see them RUN.............I GIVE THEM - 20 rating ....
And then (because he had no excuse) he hung up the phone after suggesting no remedy, the heighth of unprofessionalism!
Save yourself the headache and pay extra for better and more attentive work on your property.
When I presented this problem to the owner, Tim Essley, he accepted no responsibility and made excuse after excuse but never answered my question as to why they didn't do what I had instructed.
Not happy with the results of the roof.
