In 2003 Peck put the roof on our new house. Last year there was a serious leak which they repaired. When the rainy season arrived this year it was clear that the roof was still leaking so I called, within the warranty period to ask them to look at it. After 3 telephone calls and 2 and a half weeks still not even a call back. "The field supervisor Carl will call you right back -" 3 times and not a word. I did not expect the repair to have been completed by now, but not even a call !
I had my roof checked because of leaks. The flat roof was repaired fine. However, the valleys were a problem and they said they just needed to seal tabs at the top. I asked for them to recheck as another roofer claimed there were nails going thru. This roofer said no, it was fine. I paid to have it fixed...but the leak reappeared shortly thereafter and since it was not rainy season, I did not notice it...I called and twice told they would call me back. That was weeks ago and today it is raining very hard and that leak is now gushing water and the wall inside is coming apart. Called again, but we just had a hurricane close to here and lots of damage and it is hard to get anyone. I wish they would have called me back weeks ago as I was assured they would. Now lets see what happens.
This is truly a disgrace.
