Cardinal doesn't show up to appointments. They missed several appointments just to look at my roof, and then they didn't show up to do the work. I can only assume they're not interested in small jobs. Avoid!
I have not personally used the services this company provides however I have received multiple unwanted, unsolicited phone calls, one at 5am from a company representative trying to drum up business. I do understand the caller may not even live in the same city that I live in, but the call was on behalf of Cardinal Roofing. A 5am phone call is totally ridiculous!!!!
