This company is by far one of the best to deal with in SW Florida. Friendly personnel answering the phones, fast and efficient service, and the tech sent was pleasant and efficient. And best part, they diagnosed and fixed my problem at an extremely affordable price. I will recommend them highly to friends and family. Two thumbs up!
Last week several people in our condominium building had their water shut off valves replaced by Steve of Coastline Plumbing. Ours was the first unit that Steve worked on and we subsequently discovered that we were charged twice as much as everyone else in the building ($140 vs $70 ) for essentially the same repair. When I called Steve to register a complaint, he insisted that there were "set up" costs involved, etc., because we were the first in line for the repair. I don't find this acceptable - set up costs should have been defrayed across all clients in the building. Moral of the story: don't be first in line if you and your neighbors are having work done by this firm. J, February 15, 2012
