Noah Fura did an excellent job fixing our ceiling fan issues. He did a very thorough job installing new switches for our lights and fans helping add value to our property at both an affordable and fair price. He demonstrated how knowledgeable he was at his trade by explaining what needed to be done so that both my wife and I could understand it. Not only that but he did a good job explaining the maintenance plan and all the services it encompasses. I highly recommend Noah for any future electrical and air conditioning needs. Thank you.
Unbelievable Customer Service Again from Best Home Services. Wes and Mike were my techs on this job. Besides being on time, they prepared and finished my job in was less time then anticipated. They explained the whole procedure in a language that I could understand. The work was performed exactly as described and, when they were done, the job site was spic and span. Chris M. was very personable and professional. He even gave attention to my dog during his visit which was appreciated. He allowed me to follow him around, ask questions and even pointed out things to watch for along the way. He was mindful of wearing shoe covers whenever entering the house and kept his work areas clean and tidy. He made me aware of other products and services they offer without being a pushy sales person. Having been an AC service customer several times in the past, Chris was definitely one of the best service technicians I've had. I already recommended him to a few of my neighbors who noticed the truck in the driveway.
Joshua was extremely professional and really got me out of a bind! I needed the AC fixed that day because I was going on almost 48hrs with no AC, and he made it happen! His Manager discounted the price to be more reasonable. They are expensive, but their expertise and professionalism make it worth while...and they are very thorough!
Danny P is great in the plumbing department. Very happy with his service on previous visit. This evening Joshua B came to find out what the burning smell was. He was part of the air conditioning Department. We found the exhaust fan in the bathroom which I knew was very old to have them motor melted and he set up the electrical department for me tomorrow when I get off of work.
