They really dropped the ball today. Poor service and no management from the time we walked in. Hostess and server playing grab paws while we waited to be seated. Two severs arguing in dining room as to who should be cut first, and did so loudly I couldn't hear the person at the table. Food was great, never got offered more soup, salad or bread. Server finally appears with sob story about trouble with the manager... Never saw them by the way... Two thumbs down Ft Myers Olive garden...
Nothing better than bottomless pasta that comes with soup/salad and..... the best breadsticks ever!
Tried to call in a pick up orders... 85.00 dollars, worth to be exact not counting 10 dollar tip.. Waited for response was on hold... Than decided to go in and order.. Mainly because we told our guest we were serving Olive Garden... Than among arrival we sat at bar waiting for the meal... Paying full price with tips.. While people who waited for table got half priced drinks... 30.00 dollars for 4 glasses of wine.. Plus 6 dollar tip.. Ends up costing us 36.00 and 95.00 totalling 131.00 dollars... Very dissapointed customer...
I like Olive Garden. Any other location I probably would not give 5 star but the staff here was amazing. Went for birthday dinner after H spent 9 days in the hospital. Our server was so patient with the kids. Manager was making rounds talking to all the customers. It is not our closest location but I will drive the distance to support this location.
Very rude staff. Asked to speak to the manager and left me standing there, and never went for him/her till I got tired of waiting. Will not come back here.
