Just finished eating a cheeseburger and fries with my wife as we were very pleased with the service. The African American gentleman who took our order was very inviting and very cordial. He spoke with my wife and asked her how she was doing while I was on my phone browsing social media. Anywayy wife answered him and asked how he was doing. I think we all appreciated the verbal greeting and conversation. Anyway this man made dinner just that much better and I'm glad he carries himself in such a professional manner even if he is dealing with 1000s of people a day he still had time at the end of the day to be courteous and happy to see us dining there. This man deserves a managerial position and should be used as a tool by the company o sharpen others. Thanks for your service brother...the burgers were awesome.
The sloppiest best tasting fresh ingredient Burgers you can get. Great staff here at the Forum. Worth every penny!!
Ordered a kosher style hotdog charged me $5.68 she rang it up as 1 bacon cheese dog it is $5.69 she told their all kosher lieeeeeee and she would not listen so what do u do wth tat.
11/26/2017 - Our Visit Today Was Great To Say The Least... Its AWESOME To See A Staff Working Together and The Food Was Delicious... I Ordered a bacon cheese burger with pickle and A-1 steak sauce & my wife had a plain cheese burger... those came out perfect... our daughter had a A-1 topped, pickle on the side cheeseburger... it CAME with added bacon... I wasnt charged but, It was kinda busy so, no harm no foul... The Fries Could Have Used About 30 seconds longer i tge fryer, they were a little pale and limp... Keep Up the great work just watch out how much bacon you give away... lol
When i brought my burger back in because the order was not correct, they jump into action to make it right.. Today is oct 30 at 3:19 and this has to be the best five guys crew iv seen yet. They work in perfect harmony with one another.. Thank you guys .. Defiantly coming back for lunch tomorrow.
