Extremely friendly staff, who will go the extra mile to help you. You have to pay for the washer and the dryer, which adds up quickly and the place could use a good cleaning and some much needed updates. The unisex bathroom was decorated nicely, but poorly lit and their was no hand soap.

The staff is great..the only reason I gave it a 1 is because 80% of the washers are broke or only work on one setting. When the washer washes it's stingy on water for the clothes. Also if your new you have to pay $5 for a new wash card that only cost them maybe 8 cents.. I will never come back here to wash. The place itself is horrible..
