Loved their services and great prices till they shrank my wool dress pants, all those dollar$ I saved over the last 2 years will have to go toward a new pair of pants. The manager does not offer any compensation for damaged items and the owner has yet to contact me. I doubt I will use their services again without being properly compensated. YMMV
Great Service, Friendly, Knowledgable, and Fast!!! I had a formal dress with beading and tulle on it (bridesmaid dress) drycleaned there. It also had a spot on it as well. The dress came out great!!! The beading wasn't messed up, and the spot was gone. I also did their one day service which was only $0.50 more. I will keep on going there every time even though it's a little more of a drive for me.
Gotta take a star off for the hit-or-miss customer service / friendliness, but overall they're awesome. Best in area. Efficient, fast, good quality. Recommended!
The only Dry Cleaners in the Fort Myers area with such high ratings! Pleased with my work clothes but was just a little disappointed when I called in to inform I would like to pick up but will be running a little late (I work right down the road). Told me close exactly at 7 like other people don't work too. Remember Truly Exceptional Customer Service equals loyal customers.
Do not use this dry cleaner!! Delivered two silk blouses and one silk trouser. After two tries, the garments are still dirty and the trouser has an almost tear in the front
