flowers are emotions and I'm sorry if you work in this business, you should offer make things right and step up your customer service skilled and not squeeze out of you dry careless "sorry my system didn't send your order to me"

Very disappointed! I ordered flowers 2 weeks in advance for my mother in-law for Mother's Day. Card got charged, order has never made it... on the most important day for any florist shop, they managed to screw it up and not deliver flowers which were ordered 2 weeks in advance. The guy on the phone sounded rushed and careless, he gave his dry "sorry" I'll refund your money back...
