I came to them 5 days before my wedding because the florist I'd originally hired flaked less than a week before the wedding. Express Floral managed to put together all of the bouquets and centerpieces with hardly enough time to even order the flowers, but everything looked beautiful! I received so many compliments on the flowers, no one could tell they were rushed together last minute.
Best Florist in Fort Myers, my husband and I order this arrangement for our daughters Birthday. They deliver it to her job on time. I ask for a photo of it before delivery and they comply without hesitation. Fresh flower were use, I know I was a florist myself once. The arrangement over met my expectations. I called from out of state to order an arrangement. The lady I spoke with was extremely nice and very helpful. Within 2 hours of placing the order the flowers were being delivered. There was a gate issue, but the awesome delivery guy waited while I sorted it out and called him back. I have since seen the arrangement and it was perfect! Thank you so much for being an awesome business!!

I have been on the receiving end of having flowers delivered to me and been so disappointed I know the sender spent good money but did not see what they had sent. Not only did Express Floral assure me and gave me a wonderful description of what the designer was going to arrange but sent me a picture of the final arrangement before it was delivered. Outstanding service breathtaking floral design prompt delivery. I would have them do arrangements or serve any of my floral needs in the future. It truly is difficult today to find an establishment with such great customer care. If I could give 20 stars I would.
