I appreciated that my husband was able to get an appointment quickly to alleviate his concerns about the floaters that came up suddenly in his right eye.
Dr. Gorovoy did an awesome job on my Lasik surgery. I have been referring patients to him for their vision issues.
The worst bedside manner. The Dr pushed thru saying he was going to cause me a little discomfort. He didnt explain the procedure he was about to perform, didnt explain expectations, he didnt follow general practices before or after cutting on my eye. After seeing 3 other physician opinions, all agreed the procedure was a last ditch effort procedure and should have avoided at all cost, not the 1st thing done. The office was utterly disconcerned with the amount of pain, state if shock, and trauma I was put into by the Dr. I couldn't see to dial my phone for a ride or even to walk into the elevators on my own. Yet, no one in the office offered to assist and when asked acted irritated and put out as if it wasnt their job to care for their patients. Never, will I ever step foot in this office agin, not even for the follow up. I have since gone to Dr Franz eye care center, and it is a completely different experience. It is what should be expected and above and beyond. I would not send my worst enemy to Dr. Gorovoy or any if his offices.
