Dr McKenna is wonderful!! He is direct, yet thorough. Will definitely refer friends to him.
I had a great experience with the check in gal very friendly and on the ball. I saw Dr. Dan McKinna to check in my nose to see if I was finally rid of a boil/pimple that I incurred from touching bacteria I think in a prior visit at an urgent care facility. He didn’t talk down to me; and answered any questions I had that day. I thought he was very professional and made me feel confident that I was finally rid of the infection. I would see this doctor again.
Horrible, Horrible Doctor! My mother went there on a Monday to be seen for losing her voice, he sent her for a CT scan on Wednesday. Wednesday afternoon the doctor had a copy of the report showing my mother had fluid in her lungs and advanced cancer. His office staff schedules my mother to be seen the following Monday knowing damn well how serious this is. My mother was able to get her primary care doctor to get a copy of the report, and we found out the horrible news. Friday my mom was admitted to the hospital due to the fluid in her lungs. His staff calls my mother on Monday to reschedule her appt cause their Ft Myers office was closed due to the rain, and they can't work her into the Lehigh office! Meanwhile she is still in the hospital. The staff and the doctor dont care at all. The office manager admitted the doctor seen how bad the ct scan was and still didn't schedule her to be seen till the following Monday! How can someone be so uncaring and cruel!
When I say the entire office staff and Dr. McKenna are rude & arrogant and inept ,it's being polite. He Saw my husband for 2 minutes and said nothing was wrong. Next Day had to take husband to emergency room at hospital.
The worst doctor ever in SWF,don't wast your time & your money on him,all they care is about money, even his staff are rude just as him they're not Professional at all,stay away from his Office.
