Went to Macys looking for a suit for a very important wedding. I finally found one after being told by Jim at Macys in the Edison Mall 3 times the wrong size. I went to cash out at a different register because by now i have had enough of Jim and he made a point to interrupt the sales and be very rude to the cashier checking me out i just canceled my sale and bought one at Dillards. I will never shop at Macys again and will be canceling my card.
Love shopping at Macy's clean an friendly atmosphere always end up saving lots of money. I would not shop any where else. I love Macy's.
Complete lack of customer service. First of all the sales lady was complaining to her coworker about the people walking the mall but not shopping....hmm half of Florida is without power due to hurricane and it's 100 degrees. Are you really complaining about people trying to escape the heat? So unbelievably rude. Then, as I am checking out she reaches across the counter and presses the button on the screen for "paper receipt". I could have screamed! I always do email receipt because it is easier to track them and this woman had the audacity to reach over and press buttons on my transaction screen. Better believe the next time we are in South Florida I will not take my money to this Macy's.
Terrible customer service. Change of employees or retraining is a must at this location. Won't be going back there for a while, they don't appreciate customers.
I went to the Clinique counter to get my foundation absolutely Love their foundation. I walked up Kady was her name She was assisting a group of people so I stood there looking directly at her waiting for her to acknowledge that she saw me which she never did. She left to assistant another customer still didn’t acknowledged me. Of course I waited until she was finished pleasing everyone else. She gave me a unsincere apology. I’ve been in this Mall a bunch of times and her service was by far the worst I’ve ever gotten. Customer service is key. Clinique just lost a customer. Don’t even deserve that one star. Hate to use the race card but what options do you have when everyone else She served or acknowledged was clearly Caucasian.
