Back staff is rude and confused. My daughter was suppose to have a crown done but instead they did a cleaning. Twice they told me the insurance was no good so I had to 3 way call with the insurance company while I was there because they wouldn’t call them to verify coverage.
I will no longer return to this uncaring, no compassion practice. Pathetic Care from “a professional facility”. BOH complaint also done.
Don’t leave a negative review because they ask you not to come back! Typical places try to make you happy not throw you away. Daughter missed school, I missed several hours of work. Manager, I guess because no introduction, is apathetic and defends their actions on both visit. No respect to let us know prior to showing up today. Insurance commission and BBB here I come.

I honestly CANNOT THANK Main Street Children's Dentistry enough for the time And effort they took, taking care of my son especially his last visit. We didn't know what to do but stop by for advice on what to do about his tooth that was cracked and within an hour he was cared for. My son was so excited when he came from the back with the doctor and lady that took care of him. I can't THANK them enough and are FOREVER GRATEFUL for them ALL :-)
The dentist is ignorant and zero bedside manners. He treated my daughter with the utmost disrespect!!
Amazing dentist so kind and gentle and compassionate. My son no longer fears his dental visits. Can not express how satisfied we are. We drive all the way to Ft. Myers from Venice
This was my FIRST appt for my children, with TODAY being one of their busiest days my wait time was minimal. The staff was awesome..front desk, dental techs, billing and orthodontics. I was very pleased and look forward to their upcoming visits!!!
