Dr. Ford's office is filled with kind, professional and caring people using the most "new generation equipment". You can tell that Dr. Ford's staff enjoy being in the Dr. Ford family. Each member wants every patient to be confident, comfortable and happy with the service that they receive. I have always received the "best of the best" care from Dr. Ford and his office staff. I thank and very much appreciate Dr. Ford and his staff (family). If someone needed a recommendation for a dentist, I would ONLY be able to suggest Dr. Ford.
Again I am agreeing with everyone.. Dr. Ford and his staff are like a breath of fresh air, JUST when you need it.. I had a problem for weeks with my back crown, but I couldn't get off and take care of it. But the pain makes you MOVE pretty fast in that direction. When in and found out, it wasn't just one crown broken, but the whole bridge. Dr. Ford got me relief fast, took off the old crown and put me in a temp, till the new bridge came in. Which was going to be 3 weeks. BUT it was really only one and half. Got in the chair to have it placed and I SWEAR they were just trying it on me to check for adjustments, I WAS ready to jump up and leave it felt so GREAT.. They said " Elizabeth, we have to put cement on it first, with one adjustment. I was done and home... THANKS SO MUCH DR. FORD LYNN, BRITTANY, AND ALL the staff I love YA'LL... I am so ready for the rest of the work I need done, THIS was so painless .Now I can eat the fun foods!!
Let me start out by saying that I love Doctor Ford and everyone in his office! Britney and Lynn are angels, Nikki is always so kind and witty, Doctor Ford makes me feel at ease with very little effort when I have to go in for anything outside of a cleaning, everyone is so sweet, and I always leave the office laughing and smiling. I used to have a ton of anxiety about going to the dentist, but with them, I actually want to show up. I never feel like I'm judged when I go there, and they truly care about my happiness and well-being even beyond my dental care. I never imagined that I would be able to look forward to and enjoy going to the dentist so much! You honestly won't find any group better than this! If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would. Make an appointment with Doctor Ford, you will be glad you did!
I was visiting from Tacoma Washington when I had a tooth emergency. Dr. Ford helped me right away and found an endodontist who stayed open late to give me a root canal. Thank you for your gentle treatment enabling me to continue my vacation pain free.
