Prices seem a tad steep, and it didn't remove some spots from my car. Seems to be no noticeable difference between the cheapest and most expensive washes. But convenient and quick, and always gives you free vacuums regardless of your wash choice. Staff is helpful and attentive.
Sometimes there are mechanical failures and stuff happens. They stepped up and took care of making things right. I appreciated how they handled things.
Went there for the first time today. The manager approached me as I was leaving and asked if I had time to go back through bc one of the brushes wasn't working when I went through. He sent me back through with the $16 package. I was extremely impressed. Great customer service!
Best owner of a business I've come across in a lonnnnnnngggggg time. Understanding and he explained why the $6 and the $9 truly differed. I absolutely appreciate his time and concern.
The last time, there was obvious damage to my truck (caused by the car wash). I promptly filled out the damage report and took pictures. The owner called me within 48 hours. They reviewed the video and paid in full for the repairs and a rental car while the repairs were being made.
Good quick place to clean your car. I don't give 5 stars because I think it should be a little more affordable.
