I want the owner to contact me on this post. I have a brand new car and wanted to get it washed. Well wanted is the word because my car is still filthy and has suds all over it from your automatic car wash. For $12 you would expect a clean car. Looking at your reviews I now see why I should have Googled this place before I went. If you'd like pictures of the crappy job that your automatic wash did I'll be happy to send it to you.
I put money in the machine and it didn't even wash my car. The whole thing malfunctioned. Next thing I know, the dryers started, but not a drop of water or soap had come out of the machine. What a shame.
I used to love this place, however the past 2 visits have been a ripoff! I paid for the ultimate wash and hot wax, $15, and the bay ran for 60 seconds and told me to exit. Not even soap was dispensed, much less a wax. Drove off and the dirt was still on my vehicle!!! Doubt I'll ever see reimbursement since the phone number just rings and rings with no sort of voicemail setup. Horrible and unprofessional establishment!!!!
$15 for their top of the line wash when it came out I had to go through their self-wash ($4 more) just to get the soap off the car. $19 and I ended up washing the car myself.
Today is Aug 18, 2017 12:40pm. The car wash took my $6.00. indicator light continued to flash green to drive to ahead. I did stop where I usually do and still nothing. After several minutes I left. There was a black car in front of me having same problem. I should have caught hint from him. I tried numerous times to call the number online and it is continuously busy. Hey owner I want my 6 bucks back!
