Walked in to open a new account, no one greeted me, ignored completely. Was walking up to the line for the teller and the lady was very rude. I said that I wanted to open a new account but since this is how your attitude is, I'll take my business elsewhere. Just lost two big accounts because of your attitude and rudeness.
