Thi's place is a joke. Under staffed small branch serving large community of San Carlos Park. The lobby is dirty filthy carpet reminds me of a dollar store. Also most services you would get when going in to bank are unavailable because of staffing. I actually heard emplotees telling customers this. What a joke. Take some pride...
