Don't trust them. Most are hateful and play god. Spend more time fighting actual crimes with taxpayer's money instead of harassing people.
Seriously? I thought I was being responsible NOT calling 911, but there are helicopters flying ALL around my house right now and I can't get any answers???
Police officers unprepared and abusive. Third world country style. Officer said arrest is at their discretion, regardless of the law. Don't know about the rest, but they do a good job of scaring me. Meanwhile, a friend's teenage son was robbed at gunpoint as he left church, but I'm sure they're busy making frivolous arrest. I'm sure it's safer than going after armed criminals. Fort Myers is scary.
Hateful, discriminatory, and wasteful. Misuse their authority to meet their quota, and still unable to solve major crimes
My vehicle was stolen from an accident site by a towing company. I specifically told the tow truck driver not to take my vehicle as I had made arrangements for tow by another company. The driver hooked up my car and left with it anyway. The police claim the company is under contract and refused to acknowledge the stolen vehicle. This department is dirty and must be taking kickbacks from the tow companies. I still don't have my vehicle and the police refuse to assist in any way. Police referred me to my insurance company.
