This is the second experience where the delivery has been absolutely horrific. The first time it took over two hours to arrive. This second time ordering it has taken over two hours and it still hasn't arrived. I will never order from this establishment again it is a disgrace to the papa John's name.
Unreliable and unsatisfying customers service. Clearly never ordering from here again. Save your time and money somewhere else.
After waiting for 2 hours and a half and calling 3 times they decided to cancel our order. After seeing that our order was canceled we decided to call them, they said that we never picked up the phone and that we clearly didn't wan't our food. The store themselves called us to the same phone number and we picked up and talked with them. After asking for an explanation the person in the phone just walked away cussing at us; someone else came to pick up the phone, later after asking her what can we do so that we can get our food the person decided to hang up the phone on us.
Absolutely horrible. This is not the first time I have ordered and had an unforgivable delay. This time the pizza didn't show up for three hours so I had to cancel my order. Never ordering from here again.
We ordered delivery from here a lot. My only complaint is that sometimes the food arrives cold. It's really a hit or miss. We order online so that cuts out a lot of the customer service aspect. The pizza is pretty good. Only recent complaint is that one of the delivery drivers smokes and it stunk up the pizza and food boxes so bad I had to remove them before eating. I don't smoke so I'm sensitive to it but delivery drivers shouldn't be smoking on shift.
