My son broke the key off in the ignition of his car. I called 2 other companies in town. Company 1 wouldn't even come out to look at the car and company 2 said I would have to wait a week before someone could even look at the problem. A co-worker referred me to Complete Locksmith. My call was answered immediately, I was quoted a price (which was half the cost of the company I would have had to wait a week for), and I was given a time Complete would arrive to my home. The Locksmith showed up at the exact time he said he would, the ignition lock was fixed within 30 minutes and I was charged the exact amount quoted over the phone which is rare these days.

Great company, very fast and understanding. Also let you know right away the time it will take for their arrival and are good about their time. Excellent service. Opened my car in less then a minute.
Called to get a technician to come out and help with a couple company trucks. You know a new lock, a couple keys etc. The guy answering the phone sounded like he was driving so I guess he didn't retain any info I gave him. He assured me that what I needed done he could do no problem on site. He said he would come out the next day so I gave him my cell number that way he can give me a heads up before he gets there. It has been a couple days might I add. He gets the address and all contact info but he never calls or show up. I'm a big fan of keeping your word especially to a potential customer. In my line of work customer service is everything. That being said I give one star because if you can't do something as simple as keep your word or update me with your change of plans that shows me a lot about your character. So I don't need to see how well you do the job because clearly your word means nothing. I'm sorry but just call me "old fashioned."
