After hearing horror stories about other WIC offices, I entered this facility almost 2 years ago with fears of being treated less than. I couldn't have been more wrong in my expectations. The staff in the WIC office are some of the most helpful people I've encountered during my first stages of motherhood. They go above and beyond their duties. The breastfeeding team has helped me more than I ever imagined they would be able to and I know when I call up a consultant or go in to visit, all my questions will be answered and if research is required to do so, they do it gladly. It's been over a year since my baby was born and thanks to the breastfeeding team, we've been able to clear countless obstacles and my daughter is flourishing. I'm forever thankful for this facility and although I live in Lehigh, it's a pleasure to make the drive knowing that we'll be treated with the utmost care during our visits.
