Staff is always friendly are extremely helpful and very tolerable of my less than well behaved 3 yr old even the security staff are nice and friendly can usually find what I'm looking for n if i can't they will and either retrieve it for me or put it on hold there was only lady working in children's that was less than friendly n seemed a little annoyed when i asked for help but the other lady that has long hair n glasses was so extremely nice n helpful it made up for the rude one we usually visit here every Saturday n we always have a pleasant experience.
1 flaw is walking to the doors and being asking if I have money from the transients.
Books are very well organized.
Other than that...I will be back!!!
Great place for both young and old. Fun, friendly, and helpful. The building even has a second floor, and special sections separated for different age groups. This includes a play area for the younger visitors. Over all, wonderful place.
Great library with lots of things to do (besides just read)! Games, movies, events, well done Ft. Myers!
