There was no other least option other than one star. If there would be any negative option than I would have selected negative five rating.
I have always been super iffy about getting my eyebrows done because it usually never comes out perfect. Came here & my eyebrows look so good. 10/10. Always satisfied.
I visited the store twice and the service was OK, but still I gave a good tip to one of the Spanish lady working there. The third time I went to the store she was asking for the tip in advance. WT !!!!!!. This is not a customer service. I had a worst experience and this was for the first time I saw that without any service, I was asked for the tip in advance. I mean in that way as she did not demanded in direct words but her intentions were same as I described.

I do my eyebrows in this shop every other week. I have been a recurrent customer for about six months. Lisbeth is the most professional stylist I have had the pleasure to do business with. She remembers how you like your eyebrows, she takes time with you and she does a great job. My eyebrows never looked better! I truly don't know where these two negative reviews come from, because I have had the best experience and customer service in this place by Lisbeth. I wouldn't do my eyebrows anywhere else or with anyone now but Lisbeth!
I had a very great experience at Soi Brow Threading Salon. I've been here plenty of times and always have been well taken care of by Lisbeth. I've been to other places prior and my eyebrows have never come out like she does them. I recommend her to anyone that wants some nice looking eyebrows.
