Go somewhere else. They will lose your pre ordered book or argue that you have already picked them up. I have tried using this store multiple times and every time there is an issue. This particular time I waited close to an hr (not including line wait)for books pre ordered a month In advance.
This is the place to go if you want a ton of problems with ordering your books. Every semester there seems to be an issue.

The FGCU bookstore pulled a bait and switch!! They almost swindled me out of $95.50!!
This semester though is the straw that broke the camels back. I ordered a new copy of Discrete Mathematics, the book was out of stock, I paid the hard copy price of $197.50. So when I picked up my order it was the soft copy. Thank god I was cognisant of this and said "wait a minute." The lady that gave me my pickup was going to let me walk out of the bookstore with the soft copy and no mention of the $95.50 difference in price.
