The service was excellent. Mike was superb. You must avail yourself of the full experience! Highly recommend.
Upon entry to the restaurant, we were warmly greeted by Zoe (y) and she even wished us a Happy Anniversary. I had spoken to her earlier and ordered the complimentary box of strawberries, which were delivered to our table with the check.
As you can see - first, last and in between impressions were all home runs.
The average cost for the 4 course experience per person would be around $50. HOWEVER, unless you are feeling particularly hungry, sharing a one-person 4-course meal between two should leave both of you satisfied.
This place is particulary good for groups of 2-4 people. The dinning experience is really fun, plus the staff is great. The wait time for the food is just a few minutes.

We eat here often. Last time it was pure entertainment. We had the best time because of the waiter. He was hilarious and should be doing stand up. Food is always 5 stars. Love the cheese fondue. The service, food and ambiance is excellent. No complaints here.
Helen took the time a week prior to show me the restaurant, help me pick a table next to the bar, and ordered roses for our 20th Anniversary. As promised, the roses were waiting at our table.
Upon exiting, Zoe wished us Happy Anniversary once again and help the door for us.
Paul was our waiter for the evening and he definitely measured up to his prior reviews. Very professional, informative and helpful to a couple of first time diners at Melting Pot. His guidance made the fondue experience a real pleasure. We will surely request him again in the future. The food selections we chose were delicious and we even made it through to the dessert - finished it all. Albeit we asked for the salads to be boxed for take home. .

I would say that Ian has a well tuned and professional staff creating and presenting a unique product in an intimate and relaxing atmosphere. A job well done by all !
