I used to love to take my toddler to Toddler Time on Sunday mornings. We had a blast. They no longer allow parents to jump on the main trampoline. It’s a trampoline park, no?! I saw so many parents having great family time only to be approached by the employees asking them to stop. The parents were all cautious when bouncing with their small children. My son was disappointed that I had to stand and toss a ball to him. We’ll find another place & activity to do together.

Rip off. Glow day? Why should i have to buy a shirt that says glow to jump on a trampoline. $60 fot 3 peaple to jump on a tramp is unreal.

Two stars is me accounting for the fact that my daughter absolutely loves trampolines and, for the most part, has a great time here (largely also due to the fact that there is a costumed character who walks around). We've been twice and the first time I was basically reprimanded every five seconds. I could never get comfortable in having fun because I was worried I was doing something wrong. I always was. *Tap tap* "Hi, ma'am, you're not allowed to jump with your daughter, but you can jump near her on this trampoline." The problem is my baby loves me to carry her while jumping (she can't get enough of it), or she likes to hold hands and jump together (sheesh, I do both safely with her while also taking caution of my surroundings, not wanting to bump any other children). *Tap tap* "Sorry again ma'am, but you can't sit down there, a child might run into you." I am not one to ever be rude to someone just doing their job, but I do get frustrated. Especially paying $14 to jump with my toddler, but not really. There are asterisks everywhere at Sky Zone. I finally politely asked what I could do with my daughter and was told I could jump near her, play one on one basketball with her, or do the foam pits. I only went the second time because my girlfriend convinced me that I must've gone on an off day with stricter staff because she hadn't had the experience I did. She said she was able to jump with her toddler for two hours during toddler time and not once was she scolded. She and I brought our daughters yesterday and sure enough, I received the same taps. Mind you, I'm not going wild, jumping fifty feet in the air or anything. I'm jumping with an almost two year old and am barely getting my feet off the ground. My daughter of course got sad and upset when I told her I had to jump near her. I have to say that even the way all the staff stands around and stares, grilling your every move feels too much like unnecessary policing. This is such a long review but I do understand rules being in place for safety of children, but I've also been to another Trampoline park in Naples and my favorite Trampoline park ever in my hometown of San Antonio—both recently with my daughter, multiple times—and the parents at each place are allowed to jump holding the child's hands, carrying the child, running with the child, whatever and everyone seems all around happier there. And I haven't seen one accident. So, again, while I get rules, it seems Sky Zone is not even overly cautious, but obnoxiously so, to the point of being a serious party pooper.

It was so much fun. I may be 26 but we still like to have fun. It is defiantly a work out. The jousting, wall run, free jump, basket ball.... such an amazing time! We will be going again very soon. The staff was very helpful and courteous.

This place is FUN! Even for adults. Just be mindful of little kids running around and jumping in front of you. Try and avoid the weekends if you can. This place is PACKED full and you will wait between 30-45 minutes in line just to purchase admission. Also - be mindful that if you are going during one of their 'glow-zone' hours, then you will be forced to pay a premium price for 1) admission and 2) glow shirts. They do not have any signs or materials posted (aside from their website) that these are mandatory purchases. I knocked off a star because I felt that they can be better organized with large crowds and also they need to consider an event just for adults.
